The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing software projects while managing scope, timelines, cost, quality, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of software development projects Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with development, QA, design, and DevOps teams Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation plans Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders Manage client expectations and act as the primary point of contact Ensure projects follow Agile / Scrum or SDLC best practices Conduct project reviews and post-implementation analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software company Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience managing Agile / Scrum-based projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.) Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams Experience working with international clients Exposure to budgeting, invoicing, and resource planning Technical background or understanding of software technologies Strong documentation and reporting skills
