Position:

Project Manager (High-Rise Residential Construction)

Location:

Project Site Office - Kelambakkam

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential construction projects using

Mivan / Aluminium Formwork systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall planning, execution, and control of high-rise residential projects

Manage Mivan / aluminium formwork cycle planning, repetition, and productivity

Coordinate civil, finishing, MEP, and external development works

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cash flow

Ensure quality control as per drawings, specifications, and standards

Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

Coordinate with consultants, architects, and statutory authorities

Ensure site safety compliance and implementation of safety systems

Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

Resolve technical and execution-related issues on site

Requirements:

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

10+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction

Strong hands-on experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork systems

Experience in multi-tower projects is preferred

Good knowledge of planning, billing, contracts, and cost control

Strong leadership and communication skills
