Key Responsibilities

Prepare project timelines, production plans, and follow-up schedules

Coordinate end to end manufacturing projects from order confirmation to dispatch

Act as the central point of contact between Production, Warehouse, Procurement, QC, CC Team, and Logistics

Coordinate system updates (ERP/production sheets) related to project changes

Monitor daily/weekly production output against plan

Support implementation of process improvements and new systems

Support corrective actions for defects, reworks, and returns

Ensure project execution follows SOPs and compliance standards

Skills

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Good understanding of manufacturing workflows

ERP/system handling experience preferred

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (preferred)

2-5 years experience in manufacturing/project coordination

Experience in blinds, furniture, textiles, or export manufacturing is an advantage

Defining project scope, setting clear objectives, and creating realistic timelines and milestones.

Cost & Resource Management:

Planning and monitoring project budgets and ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of materials, equipment, and labor.

Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation:

Implementing quality control measures and proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks or defects.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

Serving as

(SPOC)

the central point of communication, ensuring all stakeholders (clients, production, procurement, supply chain, management) are informed and satisfied with project progress and outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular, clear reports on project status and performance metrics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
