Planning and monitoring project budgets and ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of materials, equipment, and labor.
Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation:
Implementing quality control measures and proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks or defects.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Serving as
(SPOC)
the central point of communication, ensuring all stakeholders (clients, production, procurement, supply chain, management) are informed and satisfied with project progress and outcomes.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular, clear reports on project status and performance metrics
