Job Description

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the project w.r.t all project stakeholders. Monitoring the project execution plan including the schedule, its tracking and delay assessments with remedies. Ensure coordination between civil and services as also with all stakeholders. Day to day execution of the civil, structure and finishes works. Review of project budget, project cost management and project cash flow. Assist the PE QS in bill preparation & checking of Tendered & Non- Tendered items Assist the PE QS in managing claims Review of project quality, timely escalations and providing solutions to quality issues on site. Managing project risk proactively. Manage project conflicts Manage project communication.
