About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Civil Project Manager

to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of civil construction projects. Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans in coordination with senior management and clients. Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design specifications. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for clients and management. Conduct site meetings and coordinate between engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Review and approve technical drawings, change orders, and project documentation. Lead project closeout activities, including inspections, handovers, and final reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

Construction Management

, or related field. Proven experience (typically 8-10+ years) in managing civil or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of

procedures. PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred but not required).

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
