We're looking for a

hands-on Project Manager

to lead and coordinate software development projects from start to finish.
This role blends

technical expertise

project leadership

, acting as the bridge between clients and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare clear and detailed Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents
? Translate client needs into actionable technical tasks
? Monitor daily progress and ensure timely delivery
? Resolve technical queries and validate final deliverables
? Maintain strong coordination between clients and developers

Technical Skills - Added Advantages:

Spring Boot Framework
Java
Database SQL Operations
Docker
Git Repositories

Who You Are:

? 5+ years of experience in project management or software development
? Strong understanding of technical architecture and client communication
? Excellent coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills
