Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SRE AWS Splunk and Dynatrace with a preference for those with experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires strong project management skills to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define scope and objectives ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee the execution of projects coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Provide guidance on SRE practices to enhance system reliability and performance. Manage AWS infrastructure to optimize resources and ensure scalability. Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system logs to identify and resolve issues. Implement Dynatrace for application performance management ensuring optimal user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and understanding. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management highlighting key achievements and challenges. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in SRE AWS Splunk and Dynatrace with a proven track record of successful project management. Demonstrate experience in Property & Casualty Insurance providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders. Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively. Display a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving project objectives and delivering value to the organization.
