Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the
entire construction process
from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Handle
end-to-end project delivery
, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for projects.
Maintain excellent
customer handling skills
, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions throughout the project.
Ensure projects meet industry standards, statutory compliances, and company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience
in managing construction projects end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, industry practices, safety norms, and legal compliances.
Excellent

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams

Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred).
