We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Civil Engineer

to join our team for managing

commercial and industrial building construction projects

across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate must have strong site management skills, good technical knowledge, and the ability to lead teams effectively. The candidate should have strong site execution experience, contractor handling skills, and complete project control from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage overall construction site activities.

Take full control of project execution with responsibility for timelines, quality, and cost.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth progress.

Manage construction of commercial buildings, factory buildings, PEB structures, and related works.

Preparation and submission of weekly site bills and project status reports.

Handle budgeting, billing, and cost-control activities

Ensure safety and quality compliance at the site.

Proficient in preparing technical drawings using

AutoCAD

.

Strong skills in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

for reporting and documentation.

Lead the project team and ensure effective communication with clients, consultants, and management.

Prepare tendering documents and participate in bidding processes for civil works.

As per industry standards (based on experience & skills).
