Role Overview:

The Project Manager will lead and oversee multiple HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery. Manage multiple sites and ensure effective coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Review technical drawings, designs, and material submittals. Allocate resources and monitor manpower productivity. Control project costs, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Conduct progress review meetings and prepare project reports. Manage testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5-10 years of experience in HVAC project management. Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV, chilled water systems, ducting & piping. Proficiency in project scheduling tools and AutoCAD. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred:

PMP / Project Management Certification (added advantage). Experience in handling large-scale commercial/industrial HVAC projects. Familiarity with SMACNA, ASHRAE, and ISHRAE standards.
