to oversee multiple PEB projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in structural steel/PEB project execution, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage time, cost, and quality parameters effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of PEB projects, from engineering to erection
Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and erection teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion
Conduct site visits to supervise erection and installation progress
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare and present regular project status reports
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
1+ years of proven experience in project management within the PEB or structural steel industry
Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
