Hills Constructions is a leading construction firm engaged in developing multiple

commercial building projects across the Madurai district

. We are looking for a

Project Manager

with

15 years of proven experience

in managing large-scale

commercial building construction projects

. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, planning, and execution skills, and should be capable of handling all site operations independently.

Plan, organize, and execute multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish. Supervise and coordinate the activities of site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material usage to ensure efficient progress. Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for design and technical approvals. Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Manage procurement schedules and ensure availability of construction materials on time. Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management. Identify risks and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines and budgets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
