Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services aligned with project needs.
Coordinate with trainer to schedule, plan, and deliver sessions as per client/center requirements.
Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Handle logistics and resource planning for training programs, workshops, and client-facing events.
Act as the key point of contact between vendors, trainers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across lab operations, training programs, and vendor ecosystems.
Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in
vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring

Experience in
training program coordination
and managing multiple trainers/resources.
