Communicating effectively with all parties involved, including administrators, teachers, parents, and potentially students.

Resource Management:

Allocating and managing resources like personnel, materials, and finances.

Schedule Management:

Creating and maintaining a project schedule, tracking progress, and identifying potential delays.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential problems and developing mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance:

Ensuring the project meets the required standards of quality and safety.

Budget Management:

Monitoring and controlling project expenses to stay within the allocated budget.
