Role Overview:

Internest is looking for a proactive and organized

Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate digital projects across our social media, SEO, designing teams, and web development. This role plays a key part in turning ideas into action by planning daily activities, assigning tasks, and keeping projects on track. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth workflows, address challenges early, and ensure high-quality delivery within timelines.

The role also involves building strong relationships through clear client communication and managing expectations and commitments by ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for allocating day-to-day work, retrieving and reviewing reports, and ensuring timely online submissions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own the complete delivery of digital marketing projects across SEO, social media, campaigns, design, and web from initiation to closure. Act as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Plan project schedules, assign tasks, and track execution to ensure timely and successful delivery. Coordinate with multiple teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and keep work moving forward. Provide regular and clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress and milestones. Manage scope changes and approvals while ensuring client expectations are met professionally. Identify risks at an early stage and escalate concerns with clear solutions and recommendations. Review all deliverables to ensure quality standards and alignment with approved briefs. Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and status reports. Ensure adherence to processes and continuously improve project delivery practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or multi-team environment.

Technical Expertise:

Solid knowledge of digital project workflows, including social media, SEO, and designing processes, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Coordination & Execution:

Experience in balancing client expectations, team capacity, and delivery timelines.

Tool Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.

Client Management:

Act as a key point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring clarity, alignment, and adherence to project requirements.

Analytical Thinking:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, delays, and workflow gaps and take proactive corrective actions.

Communication:

Good documentation and presentation skills for sharing reports and recommendations.

Initiative:

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership over assigned projects.
