The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects within the Oil & Gas sector. This role involves managing resources, budgets, timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee all phases of project development from initiation to completion.
Team & Resource Management
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction).
Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Financial Oversight
Monitor project budgets and control costs to avoid overruns.
Documentation
Manage project documentation, contracts, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum
5+ years of project management experience
in Oil & Gas.
PMP certification
or equivalent preferred.
Strong knowledge of industry practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Skills
Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
