Project Manager with a strong PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background
to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects. The ideal candidate will act as the client's representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Manage all project phases: feasibility, planning, procurement, execution, monitoring, and handover.
Oversee design coordination, approvals, permitting, and technical interfaces.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and statutory requirements.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Lead project meetings, including progress reviews, risk assessments, and coordination workshops.
Monitor contractor and consultant performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication is clear, timely, and accurate.
Manage change control processes, including scope, cost, and schedule adjustments.
Promote and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
