Job Description

Prepare project proposals, budgets, and resource plans.

Identify key stakeholders and develop a communication strategy.

Assign roles and responsibilities to team members.

Conduct regular team meetings to review progress.

Motivate, guide, and resolve team conflicts.

Ensure capacity-building and training of field staff (if applicable).

Act as the single point of contact between the organization and the client/bank.

Maintain regular communication and provide project updates.

Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.

Track progress against project timelines and milestones.

Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.

Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the management and client.

Monitor field-level performance through data reviews and field visits.

Ensure all processes comply with company and client standards.

Conduct internal audits or checks to maintain quality deliverables.

Handle operational risks and propose corrective actions.

Monitor project expenses and ensure budget adherence.

Approve invoices and coordinate with finance for timely disbursement.

Optimize resource usage and logistics planning.

Oversee digital tools/HRMS/monitoring platforms used in the project.

Ensure regular data syncing and dashboard accuracy.

Coordinate with the tech support team for issue resolution.

Regular communication with field operators, supervisors, and coordinators.

Review field performance and assist in resolving operational issues.

Conduct review calls and virtual meetings with district/block-level staff.

Visit the Head Office twice a week

Pay: ?23,730.36 - ?30,000.00 per month
