Key Responsibilities: o Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. o Material Procurement: Coordinate the purchase of materials as per project specifications, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. o Cost Control & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost without compromising quality. o Purchase Orders & Documentation: Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. o Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery and quality control of goods received. o Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the design and project execution teams to understand project needs and timelines. o Market Research: Stay updated on new materials, trends, and suppliers in the interior design industry. Key Requirements: o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Interior Design, or a related field. o 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry. o Strong negotiation and communication skills. o Proficient in MS Office and basic procurement software/tools. o Good understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture commonly used in interior design. o Ability to manage multiple vendors and work in a fast-paced environment. o Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
