Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.

Source materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment required for interior designing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budget.

Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including order placement, tracking, sample sourcing and inventory management.

Work closely with logistics and operations teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.

Conduct quality inspections of materials and equipment received to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.

Implement quality control measures and address any deviations or non-conformities promptly.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and contractors to align sourcing activities with project timelines and budgetary constraints.

Provide regular updates on sourcing status, cost projections, and potential risks to project stakeholders.

Strong understanding of sourcing processes, procurement strategies, and supply chain management principles.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software/tools is preferred

Location:

Qualification:

B.E. (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical). Post-graduation in construction management.

Software skills:

Auto CAD, MS. Office, MS. Projects, or any other scheduling software.

Experience:

5-8 Year experience in commercial office fit-out management & construction.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
