Job Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager / Technical Lead with 3-5 years(no strict bound of experience but around this) of total experience in software development and project management. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex software projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Conduct thorough use case analysis and business analysis to translate business problems into clear, actionable technical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and solve business and technical challenges.

Translate strategic vision and requirements into well-defined tasks and workflows for the team.

Coordinate development efforts across multiple technologies (Python, JavaScript, Flutter, etc.) and DevOps/server environments.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, development workflows, and emerging technologies; proactively recommend improvements.

Architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business goals.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

Demonstrate a strong "hacker mindset" for creative problem-solving and innovation.

Required Skills

3-5 years of total experience spanning both hands-on development and project management.

Proven expertise in software development--especially in Python, JavaScript, and Flutter.

Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, server management, and modern deployment workflows.

Demonstrated experience in use case analysis and business analysis for technology projects.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Demonstrated experience leading or managing teams and projects.

Deep understanding of AI trends, tools, and workflows.

Solution architecture experience, with a track record of designing effective technical solutions.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Exceptionally strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are required.

Ability to operate autonomously, intuitively understand requirements, and proactively drive projects forward.
