Job Description

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project. The role requires strong project management capability along with hands-on understanding of STEM/technology tools, digital learning solutions, and school-level implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the projects.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Oversee setup of learning labs, equipment, and digital infrastructure.

- Monitor timelines, milestones, budgets, and risks.

- Conduct review meetings and prepare progress reports.

- Ensure quality delivery of training and student engagement activities.

- Manage vendor relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Science; MBA/PG preferred.

- 2-3 years of experience in project management and languages known, English and Marathi/Hindi

- Strong understanding of STEM tools, robotics, LMS platforms, AI/IoT basics.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to travel to project sites- Mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
