Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are executed as per approved scope, timelines, and cost.
Monitor project progress and take corrective actions where required.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Team & Resource Management
Lead and coordinate project teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
Attend review meetings with clients and submit progress reports.
Handle client queries, changes, and escalations professionally.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
Implement company SOPs, HSE policies, and industry best practices.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
Cost Control & Documentation
Monitor project costs and ensure budget control.
Approve bills, measurements, BOQs, and vendor invoices.
Maintain project documentation including drawings, reports, MOMs, and completion records.
Vendor & Contract Management
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely execution.
Review work orders, contracts, and performance of contractors.
Ensure timely material procurement and logistics planning.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation / relevant discipline)
Project Management certification (PMP / PRINCE2) - preferred
Experience
5-12 years of relevant project management experience
Experience in engineering services, utilities, EPC, or infrastructure projects preferred
