This role manages, develops, and implements projects of varying complexity and size within the supply chain function. The Project Manager partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project execution, with a focus on issue resolution, supplier engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. This position supports operations in the US time zone and requires working in the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple supply chain projects from initiation to completion.
Facilitate weekly project management meetings with suppliers.
Maintain and update project trackers; monitor progress against milestones.
Identify, track, and resolve project issues; escalate when necessary.
Conduct weekly project reviews and prepare status reports.
Collaborate with Purchasing and other functions for supplier engagement.
Manage Ariba Purchase Orders (POs) and related documentation.
Monitor project budgets and timelines; ensure alignment with performance goals.
Manage project risks using quality tools and mitigation strategies.
Document and share project learnings and best practices.
Assign and guide resources; provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
