We are seeking an experienced, technically sound, and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in structural engineering and construction management. The ideal candidate will oversee high-value projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale construction projects.

Ensure structural designs and onsite implementation align with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders with clear communication and decisive leadership.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement on-site.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational: M.E. Structural Engineering (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on field experience in construction project management.

Technical Skills:

Expert-level knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Strong understanding of structural design, materials, and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing high-performance teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
