Project Manager - Steel Structures / PEB

Job Purpose

To lead, plan, execute, and deliver steel structure/PEB projects within budget, on time, and to required quality standards, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, consultants, site teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements for clarity and feasibility. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety, and quality norms.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. Conduct regular meetings with clients for progress updates, approvals, and issue resolution.

Site & Team Management

Supervise project execution on-site through site engineers and contractors. Monitor daily site progress, manpower, materials, and machinery deployment. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project quality standards.

Budget & Cost Control

Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts. Control material consumption, subcontractor billing, and cost variations. Approve and certify subcontractor/ vendor invoices.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate between design, procurement,logistics, and erection teams. Provide weekly/monthly project status reports to the management. Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks; take corrective actions proactively.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client handling abilities. Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge in project management. Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and safety practices.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred). 8-20 years of experience in steel structures / PEB industry. Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale PEB projects from concept to completion.

On-time project delivery. Adherence to budget and cost control. Client satisfaction and repeat business. Compliance with quality and safety standards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
