Responsibilities - * Leading end-to-end project management activities across functions.

• Driving integration initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and governance processes.
• Supporting business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements - * Minimum 13 years of total experience with relevant exposure to project management.

• Strong background in mergers & acquisitions and integration projects (non-IT).
• Currently working at Managerial / Sr. Managerial level.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP / Prince2 certification preferred.
