About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and strategic

Project Manager

to join our client-facing

Legal Services

team. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with a strong background in legal project delivery, client communication, and cross-functional coordination--especially in CIR and DR domains.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 5-7 concurrent projects or 3-4 major client accounts independently Oversee end-to-end client communication, reporting, and relationship management Design project workflows and lead internal training and onboarding initiatives Monitor quality, team performance, and productivity across all engagements Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and ensure timely delivery Work closely with leadership to enhance client delivery strategies and outcomes
Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience in legal project management Mandatory domain expertise in

Commercial Insurance Recoveries (CIR)

and

Dispute Resolution (DR)

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment Proven record of designing workflows, implementing QA processes, and monitoring team performance
