Qualification & Experience:

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting (hospitals, NGOs, health startups) Preferably Post Graduation in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field. Graduates (without a PG degree) from a clinical field who have demonstrable project management experience (5-7 years) may also apply Graduates from other fields (technology, engineering) may apply if they've had experience in a healthcare setting Any certification related to Project Management will be a plus n add on. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Proven experience leading complex projects with cross-functional teams. Strong data analysis skills, including using Excel Strong understanding of healthcare operations, terminology, and regulatory environment. Knowledge of or experience in clinical quality improvement is a plus. Excellent communication skills - including meeting facilitation, note taking and presentation skills. Must be comfortable with using powerpoint and creating high quality impactful presentations. , Must be a curious, analytical, and highly organized problem solver. National, and leadership skills.

JD:

Plan, execute, and manage hospital healthcare projects, including clinical and non-clinical initiatives. These could be related to quality and process improvement, work-flow related improvements, patient and community facing projects, facility service expansions, or data, research and digital technology related. regulatory initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the stakeholders. Lead project teams consisting of clinicians (doctors, nurses, allied health staff), IT professionals, administrative staff, and external vendors. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues; provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure projects comply with healthcare regulations. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth project execution and change management. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, business requirements, and post-project evaluations. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Evaluate project outcomes and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
