As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring seamless project execution, and developing processes to achieve desired project goals. Responsibilities

• Manage multiple remote teams executing projects at the site

• Identify bottlenecks and take proactive action to resolve them

• Utilize cloud-based project management platforms to plan and execute projects

• Develop and implement processes for seamless installation and commissioning

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Achieve daily and weekly installation targets set by management

• Coordinate with field teams for seamless project execution

• Ensure timely project documentation and handover

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements
Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Management (preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in project management and execution (Solar/Renewable sector preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English

• Good presentation and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Inventory software, MS Office, Email, project management tools)

• Willingness to travel within the region

• Possesses own vehicle, smartphone, and laptop (optional)
