We are seeking an experienced
Sr. Project Manager - Solar
to lead end-to-end execution of
multi-site solar power projects
. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage execution of multiple solar project sites simultaneously
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Lead project managers, site engineers, contractors & consultants
Ensure safety, statutory, and quality compliance across sites
Optimize manpower, materials, and machinery utilization
Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project handover
Requirements:
BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering (PMP preferred)
10-12 years of solar EPC project experience
3-5 years in senior or multi-site project leadership role
Strong leadership, stakeholder management & execution skills
