We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in the solar industry, particularly in rooftop installations for residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and oversee end-to-end solar rooftop installation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Manage and coordinate with various teams, including proposals & planning, purchase, engineering, and customer service backup, to drive project execution.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of more than 40 professionals, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient workflow.

Solar Expertise:

Ensure projects are in line with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.

Client Interaction:

Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor project progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards.

Technical Knowledge: Apply engineering skills and knowledge of CAD software to assist in designing and planning systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the solar industry, with a proven track record in rooftop solar installations.

Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large teams (more than 40 people).

Technical Expertise:

Solid understanding of solar technology, and proficiency in CAD and engineering tools.

Knowledge of Local Market:

Adequate experience working in Tamil Nadu, especially in rooftop solar installations.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in relevant software, with a preference for candidates familiar with CAD.

Education:

Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred).

Project Management:

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to manage complex projects efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
