- Lead and deliver large-scale, strategic software projects aligned with business goals and organizational strategies.
- Oversee project governance by defining scope, objectives, success metrics, and milestones in collaboration with executive management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure successful execution through all project phases.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional development teams to achieve high performance and innovation.
- Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, QA, product management, and vendor partners to deliver project outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships and DevOps support functions, ensuring performance and service standards are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to security, quality, and governance standards.
- Provide timely and transparent project updates, progress reports, and executive summaries to leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
- Require 8 12 years of experience in software engineering and project management, preferably with expertise in cloud technologies (AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid methodologies, with proven leadership of diverse teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, risk, and financial management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in the US Healthcare domain, familiarity with HIPAA, ISO 27001/SOC 2 environments, cybersecurity principles, and managing global/distributed teams.
