Position: Project Manager

Education:

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/PhD (Mechanical or related discipline)

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Heavy Steel Structure Fabrication, and Site Execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project execution for heavy steel and sheet metal fabrication projects. Oversee on-site fabrication and assembly activities ensuring compliance with IS standards. Coordinate with design and production teams for fabrication drawing interpretation and execution. Handle procurement, shipping consignments, and vendor coordination for turnkey projects (Govt./Private). Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across project sites. Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Strong knowledge of

SOLIDWORKS 3D

or similar design software. Hands-on experience with

IS standards

, steel fabrication tolerances, and welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Friction, Argon, Spot). Understanding of

material grades, rates, and QA procedures

. Prior experience in

large-scale structures

(e.g., dams, hydro/mechanical installations). Proven record of executing

3+ turnkey projects

. Familiarity with

renewable energy

or dynamic infrastructure sectors. Experience with

national and international consignment shipping

.
