Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - Security Services position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Oversee project teams delivering Cybersecurity Services solutions to clients.
Apply industry best practices, reference architectures, and business measurements to ensure project success.
Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Utilize knowledge of Cybersecurity services for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
Oversee internal reporting and system processes for contract/account financial performance.
Manage all project resources, including subcontractors, partners, and vendors.
Establish and maintain effective communication plans with project teams and clients.
Provide day-to-day direction and regular project status updates to clients.
Capture intellectual capital, obtain references, and provide recommendations at engagement close.
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of Cybersecurity Services offerings.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project schedules.
Experience:
Proven experience managing Cybersecurity or IT-related projects.
Experience with client-facing engagements and cross-functional team leadership.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
