Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile

IT Project Manager

who can lead Agile teams as a

Scrum Master

, while also managing end-to-end

project delivery

and contributing to

IT operations

. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of people leadership, agile expertise, delivery ownership, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile & Scrum Master Duties:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile practices, ensuring consistent velocity and flow. Remove blockers and escalate risks/impediments proactively. Track and improve Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, throughput).

Project Management & Delivery:

Own and drive project delivery plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Operations & Governance:

Manage day-to-day IT operations relevant to the project/team (e.g., access, infra coordination, deployments). Coordinate with DevOps, Infra, and Support teams for issue resolution and environment readiness. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and audit requirements. Drive operational KPIs: incident management, change requests, SLAs.

Stakeholder & Communication:

Act as the liaison between business/product owners and the delivery team. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on delivery and operational metrics. Maintain strong communication across cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5 - 8 years of IT experience as PM, with at least 3-5 years in Agile/Scrum delivery. Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and/or IT Project Manager. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL concepts. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team facilitation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)

or

PMI-ACP

ITIL Foundation

(for operations)

PMP / PRINCE2

(optional but beneficial)

Nice-to-Have:

Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience managing global/multi-vendor teams. Knowledge of automation tools or agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
