Lead end-to-end project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, UX, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage project scope, risks, timelines, dependencies, and resource planning.
Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements: GDPR, HIPAA, FDA, and other healthcare standards.
Drive effective stakeholder management and maintain clear, transparent communication.
Maintain all project artifacts, documentation, and reports.
Engage with technical teams, understand architecture and integration needs, and help resolve technical impediments.
Promote continuous improvement and enhance Agile maturity across the team.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years as a Project Manager.
Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or working within Agile teams.
Proven healthcare domain experience--EHR/EMR, medical devices, clinical workflows, digital health, etc.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, FDA regulations.
Strong technical aptitude--comfortable understanding system architecture, integrations, APIs, and technical discussions.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Certifications: CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
Experience working with medical device software or healthcare platforms.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project tools.
Understanding of healthcare quality management systems or regulatory audits.
