We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Scrum Master to lead Agile development teams and ensure seamless project execution. This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, project planning, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving Agile best practices and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Agile & Scrum Leadership:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Promote Agile best practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments to ensure smooth execution of sprints and releases.

Project & Stakeholder Management:
Define and manage project scope, objectives, risks, and success metrics.
Work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to align project goals.
Maintain project schedules, status reports, and roadmaps.

Team & Delivery Management:
Ensure teams follow Agile principles and maintain high performance.
Track project progress using Agile metrics and implement improvements.
Support deployment planning and successful project delivery.

Process & Continuous Improvement:
Drive Agile transformation and continuous delivery initiatives.
Optimize SDLC processes for efficiency and scalability.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting within Agile tools.
