Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to handle custom client projects and SaaS product enhancements. The role involves planning, execution, coordination, and delivery while working closely with clients, product teams, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of custom SaaS/ERP client projects

Gather requirements, define scope, timelines, and milestones

Coordinate with product, development, QA, and deployment teams

Plan and execute SaaS product enhancements and releases

Convert requirements into user stories and track sprint delivery

Manage risks, change requests, and stakeholder communication

Ensure on-time, quality delivery and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Project Management experience in SaaS / Software companies

Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile / Scrum methodologies

Experience handling both custom development and product enhancements

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana

Preferred

Experience in ERP or enterprise SaaS products

Agile / Scrum certification (added advantage)

Candidates from Kerala preferred.
