Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Road & Highway Projects to lead and execute large-scale infrastructure works. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in

PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete), DLC (Dry Lean Concrete), and road widening projects

, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor road and highway construction projects from inception to completion Manage PQC, DLC, and road widening activities as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and resource allocation Implement safety standards and ensure statutory compliance Review BOQs, estimates, and manage billing and certifications Prepare progress reports and conduct regular project review meetings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience in

PQC, DLC, and road widening projects

Strong knowledge of MoRTH specifications and highway construction practices Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience in government or large infrastructure projects Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
