Manage end-to-end execution of road and highway projects ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor road/highway construction projects
Coordinate with NHAI, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Ensure quality control as per MoRTH/NHAI specifications
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Oversee subcontractors and vendor performance
Monitor site safety and statutory compliance
Prepare DPRs, MIS, and progress reports
Handle billing certifications, variations, and claims
Skills Required:
Expertise in road & highway construction
Knowledge of MoRTH/NHAI standards
Project planning & cost control
Leadership and team coordination
Problem-solving and decision-making
Qualifications:
BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Road/highway project experience mandatory

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
