Lead end-to-end execution of road and highway projects ensuring timely completion, quality, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage planning, execution, and monitoring of road/highway projects
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with NHAI, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Ensure quality control for earthwork, WMM, GSB, DBM, BC, structures
Monitor progress, costs, and timelines
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms
Manage subcontractors and vendor performance
Prepare DPRs, MIS, and progress reports
Handle claims, variations, and billing certification
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of road & highway construction
Experience with NHAI/MoRTH specifications
Project planning, cost control & execution
Team leadership & coordination
Problem-solving and decision-making
Qualifications:
BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience in road & highway projects is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
