Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
AI and software development projects
end-to-end
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with AI engineers, data scientists, developers, and stakeholders
Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests
Ensure alignment with business objectives and AI strategy
Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Communicate project status clearly to leadership and clients
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Hands-on experience managing AI / ML projects
Strong understanding of
AI concepts
(machine learning, NLP, computer vision, LLMs)
Experience working with
software development life cycle (SDLC)
Proven experience with
Agile / Scrum / Kanban
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.)
Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in data analytics or engineering
Experience managing cross-border or remote teams
