Job Description

Ensol Multiclean Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of cutting-edge Waste Management, Utility, and Disaster Management solutions, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly from order receipt to the receipt of performance certificates from customers. Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects from order receipt, coordination with production to performance certificate receipt.

Order Management:

Track and monitor orders, ensuring timely processing, production, dispatch, delivery, and demonstration/training to clients. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any order-related issues or delays.

Financial Tracking:

Monitor and track project finances, including payment receipt, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) & Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) receipt, and invoicing. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions related to projects.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of the project.

Performance Certificate:

Work diligently to ensure the timely receipt of performance certificates from customers upon project completion. Address any customer feedback or concerns in collaboration with the relevant teams.

Qualifications

Degree, Diploma Holder in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards. * Knowledge of the cleaning equipment industry is a plus.
