Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage rice mill projects from initiation to completion. Lead plant setup, expansion, modernization, or automation initiatives. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical contractors for timely project execution. Ensure installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment as per manufacturer specifications. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project objectives. Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards and government regulations. Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction. Train and guide staff during the implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition to operations.
