We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead the retail transformation of our eyecare division. Job Details
Purpose:
Drive sales growth and achieve profitability targets by leading end-to-end retail operations. Ensure seamless store operations and scalable, cost-effective growth through new store openings and store optimizations.

Retail Operations:
Retail Operations Management
Identify areas of automation, standardization or elimination of existing processes, build the journey and ensure execution till handover for operations.
Drive operational efficiency, lean practices, and inventory accuracy to optimize cost-to-serve.
Create tie-ups with medical insurance companies for eyewear coverage
Drive connects with Digital Platforms for creating traction for Titan EyePlus
Collaborate heavily with technology team.
Incentive Management (Store Staff)
Design annual incentive programs; quarterly effectiveness reviews
Standardize and automate the process with transparency and digital first as pillars
Coordinate deployment with HR and regional teams.

Franchisee Engagement & Performance
Design and roll out franchisee incentive schemes linked to sales
Conduct periodic reviews, workshops, and feedback loops to strengthen partnerships.
Ensure uniform policy rollout and adherence across franchise network.
Manage Franchisee performance Management System
Drive Engagement with franchisee partner with help of region
Sales Planning & Business Plan Formulation
Provide inputs to the annual retail plan; cascade store-level targets.
Review performance vs. plan; recommend course corrections.
Outcome:
Annual business plan; cascaded targets
Measures:
YoY growth; plan adherence
SOP Management & Audit Compliance
Create/modify operational SOPs; approve audit schedules and partners.
Be the primary owner for documentation of all Retail SOPs and processes
Ensure monthly and quarterly audits of all processes to evaluate the ability to automate, eliminate or decentralize all retail processes reducing operational overhead
People Management & Development
Coach and develop regional managers and store leadership teams
Drive adoption of tools for better sales visibility and enable decision making
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of processes automated leading to saving of manhours for core tasks
Simplification of current processes leveraging technology for simplification of existing work
Building a future ready Retail Operations organization
(franchise) formats. Travel across regions is required for market assessments, store audits, and project oversight.
Familiarity with retail tech (POS, CRM, planning tools) and legal/compliance aspects of retail operations is expected.

Work Experience
Education:
Post-Graduate or equivalent in Business/Retail Management
Relevant Experience:
10+ years in retail with atleast 5+ years in retail operations
Proven track record of multi-store operations management
