Job Title:
Project Manager - Residential Construction
The Residential Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering residential construction projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from design to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee residential construction projects (Residential Bugloss villas, apartments, townships, etc.)
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Manage site activities and resolve technical or operational issues
Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports
Ensure quality control and proper documentation at all stages
Handle handover, snag list closure, and project completion documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
Excellent project planning and coordination skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Budgeting, cost control, and vendor management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera - preferred)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
PMP or similar certification is an advantage
Experience
5-7years of experience in residential construction projects
Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
