Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the

single point of contact

for residential interior clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct

client meetings

, understand requirements, and ensure alignment with design and execution teams. Coordinate with internal teams --

design, procurement, execution, and accounts

-- for smooth project flow. Prepare

quotations, timelines, and work schedules

, and present them confidently to clients. Ensure all project milestones, quality parameters, and client expectations are met. Handle

client escalations

and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Support in

finalizing and closing projects

, ensuring timely handover and client satisfaction. Maintain project documentation and communicate progress updates to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum

5+ years of experience

in handling

residential interior or fit-out projects

. Proven track record of client handling and project coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of interior materials, design processes, and site execution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
