Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and milestones.
Manage end-to-end execution of civil works for residential and commercial projects.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.
Technical Expertise
Interpret and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Coordinate design clarifications with architects, consultants, and technical teams.
Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Manage site engineers, contractors, supervisors, vendors, and labor teams effectively.
Lead daily project review meetings and ensure smooth communication flow.
Resolve on-ground challenges through proactive decision-making.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
Implement QA/QC processes and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct regular risk assessment and safety audits.
Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and monitor project expenses.
Track progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and update management.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Vendor & Contract Management
Evaluate contractors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
Other Responsibilities
Ensure timely statutory approvals and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities as needed.
Drive project completion, snag rectification, and handover process.
