Plan, schedule, and supervise daily site activities for repair and painting works.
Manage contractors, labour, materials, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor quality of civil, waterproofing, and painting works across all towers.
Coordinate with society members, committees, and vendors for seamless progress.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
Education: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or relevant Experience
Experience:
4+ years
in residential repair, painting, or building maintenance projects.
Skills: Strong site management, contractor coordination, quality checking, and reporting abilities.
Advantage: Experience with high-rise housing societies or multi-tower projects
